IT e-Ticket System (LIVE)
Dear Team, We are pleased to announce that the IT Department has implemented a new IT Ticketing System to streamline and improve the tracking of troubleshooting and support requests. As part of the rollout, we will be conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) v1 from 6th - 15th August 2025. During this period, we kindly request all staff to: Use the new IT Ticketing System for any IT-related reports or issues. Provide feedback on your experience, including any bugs, or errors for improvement. This initiative is essential to meet audit requirements for proper tracking and documentation of IT support processes. Your cooperation and participation are greatly appreciated to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
